1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the public, synthetic demo (together, the "Site"), operated by BHR. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Permitted use of the demo

The publicly-credentialed demo is provided for evaluation only and runs on synthetic, zero-PHI data. You agree that you will:

  • use the demo only for lawful evaluation purposes;
  • not submit, upload, or enter any real protected health information (PHI), real patient data, or other real personal data into the demo;
  • not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data, probe or breach security, or disrupt the Site (such conduct may violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and other laws); and
  • not scrape, resell, or misuse the demo or its content.

3. Accounts and credentials

Any demo login credentials we publish are shared, synthetic, and for demonstration only. They grant no rights and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including its software, design, text, and the marks Be Healthcare ReadyTM, BHRTM, and SophieTM, is owned by BHR and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted. See our copyright & trademark notice.

5. As-is; no warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Content and figures on the Site are illustrative and for evaluation only — see our disclaimers.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BHR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. [LIABILITY CAP — counsel to set]

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites and services that we do not control and are not responsible for. Your use of those is governed by their own terms.

8. Changes

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted, with the "last updated" date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law
