Our Mission
Build the operating system for behavioral health — built to be verified.
Three commitments we will not trade away.
Governance first
Every action is logged. Every recommendation requires human approval. Every rule is traceable to its source. Governance is not overhead — it is the product. We built under the same discipline we are selling.
Built for the people doing the work
Not for administrators. For the clinical coordinator trying to close a referral loop, and the compliance officer up at midnight before an OMIG audit. The people doing the actual work deserve tools that work.
Prove it, then market it
We only describe something as live when it is gate-green, tested, and in the platform today. We label everything else coming or planned. No vaporware. No "proven" language. The gate decides — not a press release.
It is one of the hardest environments to operate in — and one of the most consequential.
Behavioral health providers operate under a layered compliance environment that most sectors do not face. Medicaid billing rules, HIPAA, state DOH requirements, OMIG audits, Joint Commission accreditation, 42 CFR Part 2 — and they are expected to manage all of it with administrative teams that are stretched thin and documentation systems that were not built for them.
The referral gap is real. The documentation burden is real. The compliance exposure from a missed requirement is real. And the people on the other end — the patients — feel the gaps when the system breaks down.
BHR exists because behavioral health deserves an operating system that was actually designed for it: one that knows the difference between a prior authorization for an outpatient session and a prior authorization for an inpatient stay, one that knows what OMIG will ask for, and one that makes the compliance officer's midnight audit-prep a smaller problem than it should be.
We are not claiming to have solved all of this yet. We are building it piece by piece, gate by gate, and we will only say something is done when it is done.
The discipline we use to build is the discipline we are selling.
BHR is built by a governed fleet of specialized agents, each with a defined role and a gate to pass. No code ships unless 228 automated checks pass across all modules. That is not a process guarantee — it is what the gate record shows.
When you use BHR, you are buying a product that was built under governance, gate-green from day one, and that applies the same model to your organization's operations. The audit trail is a first-class feature — not a checkbox.
The record, not the claim
BHR's build record is the marketing. We do not ask for trust based on a promise — we point to what passed.
